Since car owners believe (mistakenly) that uninsured cars are responsible for high liability premiums, I think that public pressure would be for using ALR's to catch the latter. High end casinos use it, and it works very, very well at identifying people who have been blacklisted from casinos.<br /><br />It's only a matter of time before it comes to Main St., USA.
