The question is whether they can search your cell phone when you're arrested and taken to jail, see <a href="http://www.cca.courts.state.tx.us/opinions/Case.asp?FilingID=289780" rel="nofollow">here</a> and <a href="http://gritsforbreakfast.blogspot.com/2012/11/amarillo-appeals-court-cell-phone-is.html" rel="nofollow">this blog post</a>. Now they can pull you over if they see/suspect your of texting and check your phone and all of your information. How will that evolve?
