You can have all the staff in the world and they can't be everywhere all the time, but the camera is always watching. TDCJ can't even get fully staffed at their current levels, how would they get larger staffing levels? Plus getting more bad staff is worse than minimal good staff from what I have observed working at several different units. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
