Since these cases are usually prosecutors trying to support jury convictions, Keller's dissent could be supporting the jury and prosecutors like she usually does. Numbers without data are misleading.Texas Mavericknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8597101.post-14394043827003824012011-12-17T17:44:51.504-06:002011-12-17T17:44:51.504-06:00Soronel, the Texas circuit courts do not split jur...Soronel, the Texas circuit courts do not split jurisdiction.quashhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07803642435592577915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8597101.post-19488259269594119182011-12-17T17:09:29.287-06:002011-12-17T17:09:29.287-06:00So far as I know, OCA only reports opinion authors...So far as I know, OCA only reports opinion authorship. And if not, how many of those 124 dissents were in criminal cases and how many in civil matters? (If the circuits are divided as well that seems like it might be incredibly redundant, but oh well).Soronel Haetirhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11639906179427371695noreply@blogger.com
