And it seems like it would be far easier for dishonest personnel to deposit such material.

At least with visible quantaties of blood it is going to be hard to fake a pattern consistent with whatever is being investigated.Soronel Haetirhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11639906179427371695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8597101.post-34824154471972098042008-11-03T15:07:00.000-06:002008-11-03T15:07:00.000-06:00In Regards to touch DNA, it is the duty of all law...In Regards to touch DNA, it is the duty of all law enforcement, DA's and further the courts to ensure that all steps to protect the innocent be followed through. If this means that crime labs are saturated then so be it.

I once believed that courts were in place to find guilt or innocence no matter what the cost. If Texas must continue to maintain its barbaric practice of something that should have been outlawed after the fall of the roman empire, then they must also be willing to exhaust all efforts to protect those who are innocent but falsely accused. If this means that the labs have to do some overtime, then they are the group that the burden will have to fall on.

The days of non-accountability, especially that which lies at the feet of the governor, must come to an end. If not, they will continue to send innocent men and women to prison and ultimately to death.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
