Right now, you can be prosecuted for fraud for so much as your secretary getting the date of service wrong on a form. And, the DOJ will spend thousands of dollars taking you to task over this while you spend money hiring an attorney before they finally admit it was just a dumb mistake. I've seen this happen twice now. It's just one more reason doctors don't accept medicare patients.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8597101.post-72109043127519755482012-10-07T23:12:37.933-05:002012-10-07T23:12:37.933-05:00They call them Flash Mobs. They call them Flash Mobs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8597101.post-39561875798542078772012-10-07T17:32:08.898-05:002012-10-07T17:32:08.898-05:00I've said this before but I'll say it agai...I've said this before but I'll say it again - The people who think that, because they live in the nice part of town, they don't live among criminals are mistaken. There are just as many criminals in the wealthiest neighborhoods as in the poorest. The difference is the type of crime. White collar crime goes largely uninvestigated and unprosecuted. If we focused the resources on prosecuting white collar crime as we do on drug crimes, there would be a lot more rich and upper middle class people in prison.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8597101.post-67705937414531976982012-10-07T11:50:46.523-05:002012-10-07T11:50:46.523-05:00A couple more good, public, bloody prosecutions of...A couple more good, public, bloody prosecutions of state prosecutors by the DOJ would go a long way toward cleaning things up. The immigrants are leaving, there is more work in Mexico.

Corporations and government are quite intimate and our free market will never be vibrant until government assumes its correct role. Corporations must obey the law and government must UNIFORMLY enforce the law on corporations AND government itself. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
