On Sept. 1, 2012, Police will no longer be allowed to conduct live Show-Ups showcasing attendees with white skin, ranging from 17 to 31 yrs. old in cases where a crime victim describes 20 yr. old black skinned suspects’.<br /><br />Q. do you know off hand if there is anything in the works that applies to enhancing penalties for crime victims (and the alleged) when it can be shown they knowingly & willingly supplied falsified suspect descriptions and / or positively picked someone that in no way resembles the original descriptions?Thomas R.
