Drug task forces on the ropes

Drug task forces are scaling back staff or looking for new money all over the country in the wake of cuts to the federal "Byrne grant" program.

The Texas House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee recently recommended getting rid of Texas' entire drug task force system.
