If you say so. On the other hand, I imagine if politicians had to record all their meetings and phone calls with Abramoff on a public website in real time like in the charter amendment, the scandals wouldn't have occurred, certainly not to the same extent. I'll bet it would also slow down some of the Austin City Council's tax giveaways to big companies for the same reason.
