A Pen Pal for Rick Roach?

An Idaho county prosecutor newly blogging at Thoughts on Justice thinks he's found a pen pal for meth-head Panhandle DA Rick Roach, who was recently sentenced to 18 years in state prison: Defrocked Idaho Falls prosecutor Kimball Mason. In fact, Scott Andrew wryly suggests, since Idaho is housing so many of its prisoners in Texas now (some of whom recently rioted over poor conditions and alleged abuse by guards), perhaps Roach and Mason could put in a request to bunk together.
