Did a Texas Supreme Court Justice burn down his own house?

Asks Billy Merck at Above the Law. Yikes! The Harris County Fire Marshall said yesterday that the fire was intentionally set.

Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina's term does not expire until 2012.

    I guess resigning from the bench after being caught driving drunk wasn't enough to make him shape up.
