Jail Standards Commission makes web complaints easier

Kudos to Texas Commission on Jail Standards chief Adan Munoz for agreeing to add a tab on their main web page with information about how to file complaints with the commission about local jails, something Diana Claitor and the Texas Jail Project had asked them to do during the Sunset Review Process.
