Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales indicted in South Texas
TChris at Talk Left beat me to this one so I'll let him explain the details and why we shouldn't "expect Cheney or Gonzeles to do the perp walk any time soon."
... Mr. Cheney, could you describe to me what your affiliations are to Halliburton, Kellogg/Bronw&Root, and the weapons deals with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia? ...
The words "Cheney, Gonzales and Indicment" are the things wet dreams are made of... When I saw this story, after I giggled with glee, I called my friend Dave to spread the cheer. He doused my joy with the reality that until W Douche is gone, blanket pardons are a sickening possibility. We all know that it wouldn't be the first time King George overstepped Exective branch authority. I wish they had waited 2 months, then let the indictments begin.
OK, so be righteous about it if you really believe a crime occurred. Where are the indictments for all of the other people involved with these businesses along with the two already indicted? If you believe a crime really took place then why are the indicted seemingly cherry-picked?
I understand that one or two private prisons quietly went out of business. Physical and sexual abuse was just business as usual there.
It would be very interesting to see the top stock holders of the biggest private prison copanies.
Texans, in addition to all the other sad things being done to our once great state these days, Gonzales, Rove and Bush are being allowed to move back in to Texas and resume residency.

ReplyDeleteThat would be a priceless YouTube ...

Merry Christmas.
If you own a prison, there's a good chance you want as many people in it as possible.
