Clean Graffiti?

It may just be an advertising gimmick to sell cars, but "clean graffiti" strikes me as a pretty clever idea. They just used a stencil and a "cleaning agent," probably bleach, and it can't be illegal (yet) to clean the sidewalk.

  2. It will never catch on. Tagging is fun, cleaning is work!

  3. In Washington DC a portion of Rock Creek Parkway runs through loooong underpass tunnel underneath the Kennedy Center. The walls of the tunnel are white tile, or at least, WERE white tile until decades of car exaust turned them into gray tile. Last winter someone did a very large scale tag along the tunnel, using what was obviously a scrub brush and elbow grease.

Having delivered 2000 ads in this way using rainwater since January 2009, we we would disagree:

  5. The tool that makes cleaning graffiti as simple as it can be is a special kind of pressure washer attachment that uses water and sand to remove unwanted nuisances from surfaces. In addition to removing graffiti, sand blasting can remove paint, rust and baked on grease. And you can use this equipment to clean a wide variety of materials including metal, masonry and wood...Bay Area Colleges

  6. I have used a product called "Goof Off" to remove graffiti from our building when we were tagged. Test a small area to make sure it doesn't remove the paint too. Otherwise you may need to spray silver paint over the graffiti (the silver paint prevents the darker graffiti from bleeding through) and repaint...Online universities
