Grievances filed against Bradley, Anderson and Davis

A group I'd not heard of, the Texas Coalition on Lawyer Accountabilty announced that it has filed grievances aganst current Williamson County District Attorney John Bradley, former Williamson County District Attorney (and current District Judge) Ken Anderson, and former Williamson County Assistant District Attorney Mike Davis. Go here to download copies.

The grievance against Bradley includes allegations related to the Forensic Science Commission's investigation into flawed forensics underlying Todd Willingham's conviction, in addition to alleged misconduct related to the Morton case. Via Wilco Watchdog.

  4. Yet Harris Co. & Galveston Co. remain running roughshod?
Well, I don't know, who do you think are the worst ones?

  5. Everyone of the items of alleged incompetence, corruption, criminality and other means of obstruction of Justice in this grievance could be made by the hundreds of parents victimized by Bradley's refusal to enforce FELONY Interference with Child Custody Penal Code Section 25.03.

In each of these hundreds of crimes per month in Wilco, Bradley acts as an accessory before, during and after the fact, along with committing Official Misconduct, Abuse of Official Capacity, Official Oppression, Conspiracy, fraud and misrepresentation, interference with duties of law enforcement due to him pressuring them not to enforce, along with extortion and conversion for forcing good and decent parents to go broke attempting to gain relief civilly.

This sick, sad, evil little man has more than likely driven some to suicide and perhaps even murder.

If his victims knew the truth, he would be drug from his office and ridden, tar and feathered around the building.

Higher ups in Wilco Law Enforcement know the truth of what I say...and need to realize they are being used as "tools" to pervert justice and the law for the benefit of Bradley and his Shyster buddies in the "family bar".

By all rights they should arrest Bradley!

  7. Normally I try not to take joy in the misfortune of others...but considering the misery these offending parties have doubtlessly caused countless families...I'll put my thoughts on that this way:
*grabs bucket of popcorn and a soda*
    This ought to be good...

  8. I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that not a single damn thing will be done about this. Name the last time ANY prosecutor in Texas faced ANY action by the bar for prosecutorial misconduct
