I bet Willie Nelson has a guitar. Exactly, who gives a rat's ass who the Prosecutor was.
The SA article fails to mention anything related to the bribee (judge). The 10 year maximum for bribing & accepting them needs to be changed to life. But we'll never see lawyers (Law Makers) act on it. It'll have to be forced on them by the public. Let me know when they wake up, they need to know how their funds are being wasted in the tuff-on-crime game. I know, they already know.
Why in the hell there are no real checks & balances in place to prevent, discourage and ferret out courthouse criminals as well as mandatory repayment to the taxpayers is a rolling joke. 10 years max is a joke. Throw in the fact that plea bargains are allowed on the table for the corrupt (that take responsibility after they are caught) and you can actually smell the rigged system a mile away.
I bet it was worth it!
ReplyDeleteI bet Mary Green was the prosecutor in this case, do your homework.
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you do some homework and tell us, 8:49. I don't take assignments from anonymous blog commenters.
