ReplyDeleteVisitation at all TYC institutions, halfway houses, and residential contract care sites has been cancelled for the weekend of May 1st – 3rd to protect youth and staff from possible exposure to the H1N1 virus, or swine flu. Presently, no cases have been reported at any TYC facilities. For additional information, please call your child’s facility. The following is a link to the directory of TYC operated facilities: http://www.tyc.state.tx.us/programs/facility_address.html. The directory for TYC contract care facilities is at: http://austin.tyc.state.tx.us/cfinternet/contract_care/index.cfm.
The BoP has a prison-by-prison cancellation policy in place for Federal prisons.
