Surely the Lege has already made a crime out of Defacing Grime? :-)
It will never catch on. Tagging is fun, cleaning is work!
In Washington DC a portion of Rock Creek Parkway runs through loooong underpass tunnel underneath the Kennedy Center. The walls of the tunnel are white tile, or at least, WERE white tile until decades of car exaust turned them into gray tile. Last winter someone did a very large scale tag along the tunnel, using what was obviously a scrub brush and elbow grease.
It will never catch on?

I have used a product called "Goof Off" to remove graffiti from our building when we were tagged. Test a small area to make sure it doesn't remove the paint too. Otherwise you may need to spray silver paint over the graffiti (the silver paint prevents the darker graffiti from bleeding through) and repaint...Online universities
