I think everyone knows it will take drastic measures to get Texas back on track. TYC and TCJC should close more facilities. Many incarcerated should be in better programs not requiring cell spaces. Both of these agencies are too used to having money to waste and not caring for those locked up. Good podcast on a sore subject.
