I bet this is wider spread than Fort Worth. Had a client arrested for DWI. Told officer she knows they get paid for quotas. He got concerned and asked what she meant. She said if they give you thirty for a quota I'll pay you fifty. He got tight lipped and did not warn her about bribery, but that was on the charges when she bonded out. Funny thing is if he is not paid for quotas, she offered him nothing of value and is not guilty of bribery. Doubt he admits to quotas. I'll bet we work something out before I start requesting emails and memos regarding their STEP program, officers involved etc...
