Grits,
I received a response to a public records request I filed last week with the Waller CO Clerk, wherein she stated none of the special prosecutors appointed to investigate the death of Sandra Bland had filed their Oath documents as of 9-11-15.
Also, the attorney appointed to form a committee to investigate the Waller CO Jail is the law partner of the Waller CO Judge Trey Duhon III.
In the previous records I have received, Law enforcement state they removed the ligature from around Bland's neck at about 9 a.m., but the chain-of-evidence document states the ligature was not removed until 12:13 p.m. that same day. This would means the ligature was placed or replaced around Bland's neck after she was declared dead. The replacing of the ligature would be tampering with evidence, a third degree felony.
This was reported last week in the Chicago Defender Newspaper; http://chicagodefender.com/2015/09/10/sandra-bland-suicide-or-homicide-new-evidence-questions/
Skifool, there are ways to hack the NYT, the Chron, the SA Ex and the LAT. They vary; I'll let you research on your own.
You don't have to "hack" them at all as each has a variety of news feeds going to all the major search engines that are freely available to anyone.
Funny thing, there were people on this message board that predicted how the body cameras would work against the regular citizens and not offer the panacea promised but no one seemed to believe...
