He just walked out of the unlocked front entrance while task force officers were booking him into the Hopkins County jail, prompting an expensive, two-month-long multi-agency manhunt.
No wonder Chairman Terry Keel and the Texas House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee want to get rid of Texas' drug task forces. What an embarrassment.
