Details from Daniel Rocha forum
Greg Moses provides in-depth coverage of the five-hour community forum that took place in Austin Thursday while I was in D.C. The police chief and other officials answered questions about the death of 18-year old Daniel Rocha, a young man who was shot in the back and killed by a police officer who mistakenly believed he'd taken her taser. He hadn't. He's dead for no good reason. What a tragic mess. See Tony Plohetski's coverage of the event in the Statesman here and here.

Thanks for the link to Greg Moses's article. His coverage of the meeting with Knee and company was a lot better than the Statesman's. The shooting was maybe a mile from my house, but I couldn't go to the meeting because I was out of town.
STAN AND RONNIE AND TOBY'S DILEMMA: INTO THE DARK ABYSS, FASCISM IN TEXAS, STUPIDITY IN UNIFORM.
1) Stan and Ronnie and Toby have all attained "co conspirator status" as participants in "conspiracies to obstruct justice" in several other high profile APD Felony Crimes.
2) Get ready for STaN "the mafia don" KNee's reliance of his old tried and true methods of "destroying the rule of law" while claiming to be protecting the rule of law.
3) APD and Stan will: stall...bring in FBI to stall...lie...obstruct...deny...makexcuses..."attack the victim"...and finally, maybe "Earl will have to hold a bogus secret grand jury" to again obstruct justice with a bogus conspiracy to make any "Grand Jury Bill" somehow defective so Shroeder's Defence Attorney can motion for dismissal.
4) It's been done before...and nobody protested or got any justice. THE POLICE STATE HAS IMMUNITY.
The comments in this article are all opinions. Also, Daniel Rocha was rescreened with a more accurate drug test and cam back positive for marijuana. He was also arrested for stealing an old lady's wallet earlier that year, and had a history of drug possesion.
How does the marijuana or the unrelated wallet theft have anything to do with him being shot in the back while unarmed by Officer Schroeder?
