Pete Guither has created an excellent "guide" to the historic, pending Raich v Ashcroft case. It's about more than medical marijuana, it's about setting limits on the federal government in state and local policing. Check it out, and give Pete some love. He's providing a real service. In Texas, a recent poll showed 75% support legal medical marijuana with a doctor's recommendation.
