Dude, Where's My Client?

Houston defense attorney Mark Bennett can't find his client, Oscar, who was in a Houston-area federal Bureau of Prisons facility last he checked. Though even his lawyer thinks he "should be back in custody," Oscar was released on Sept. 7, apparently as a result of a clerical error.

To clarify, I don't think, morally or ethically, that he should be back in custody, but only that the law requires it.

Sure, sorry if I made it seem otherwise. I only meant to imply that a mistake was made, not that the fellow posed a particular danger. Re-reading it, though I can see it could be taken that way, so I appreciate the clarification.
