Farmers Branch anti-immigrant laws make town a laughingstock
Landlords hate the new Farmers Branch anti-immigrant laws. So does Eileen. Eileen is funnier.

The comment "I have them speak English so I don't have to worry" is nonsensical. I know several illegals who speak better English than those I know to have legally migrated. It also singles out illegals of Hispanic descent. Arabic terrorists speak English very well and would have no trouble renting. So would those of Indian descent who immigrate via Canada or the UK. English is the language of business in the world. All that rule gets is a higher class of illegal immigrant capable of taking higher paying jobs from US citizens - or more importantly, driving down wage levels for the rest of us who don't have governmental protection like highly paid professionals who vote GOP.
